MiraClean Paves the Road for Environmental

And Worker Safety Issues 

            Over twenty years ago, a deep-rooted auto enthusiast, could be found stripping and restoring vintage automobiles as a hobby.  As he continued with his passion, he began to notice the severe damage being caused to his hands after being exposed to numerous toxic solvents.  This was standard procedure, after all, and workers around the world deal with these same issues day in and day out.  As he realized the potential injury workers faced, he also realized the havoc these solvents can wreak on the environment through improper waste disposal and over-use.  Ultimately, this led him on his quest to find a better solution, a water-based, non-hazardous technology that would clean equal to or better than any product on the market.  This quest spawned what would eventually be dubbed “The Safe Alternative That Really Works” – MiraClean. 

            After struggling to break into a sometimes-indifferent industry by traveling throughout the western United States in a “Mira Van” to demo and hopefully sell the product, he erupted onto the scene by making his first sale, a $60,000 order from a friend of his father’s.   Once the ball began to roll, the MiraClean technology attracted a viable demand for its products and services, drawing business from the United States Military, public utilities, auto manufacturers and even high-tech, professional race teams. These tremendous achievements began to raise some eyebrows within the industry causing many to have a “MiraClean Moment,” realizing the tremendous potential their product holds.  In fact, our founder is the proud recipient of several prestigious accolades including the Air Pollution Technology Innovator of the Year Award given by the nation’s most stringent air quality authority, the South Coast Air Quality Management District and Small Businessperson of the Year for the Western Region of the Small Business Association.

            Today, MiraClean is a provider of a safe, yet effective aqueous cleaning technology to several industries ranging from aerospace and nuclear energy, to construction and auto racing.  Their perseverance in establishing MiraClean as an environmentally safe and worker friendly leader within the cleaning industry continues to move them in a positive direction.   In joining forces with MiraClean, ConocoPhillips will continue their efforts to remain a leader in providing total maintenance solutions to their customers.  The collaborative relationship between ConocoPhillips and MiraClean will introduce the lubricants industry to a new aspect of the business.  Look for MiraClean to take over as the leader within the water-based cleaners industry.
